All products are shipped using Australia Post. Choose at check out to send via standard or express shipping. Orders over $100 dollars receive complimentary shipping with code BEESWAX.

Products are posted from NSW within a few days of order received. Estimated times of arrival vary between states and can be viewed on the AusPost website.

If you are ordering a gift with a time frame, please reach out and I’ll see what magic can be made to prioritise your order dispatch.

Returns

Consistent with Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to not accept refunds for change of mind. Should you believe that you have received a faulty item, contact byherhandcandles@gmail.com and include a photo. The item must be unused for the possibility of a refund or exchange to occur.

Please note that the nature of these handmade and natural candles means some slight variances in shape, colour and size should be expected (and celebrated!)
